"Nice little surprise, but I did feel a bit pressured"
My Cult Beauty order arrived with a couple of free samples in the box, which was a nice surprise. I tried them over the weekend and actually ended up liking one of them enough that I’m now tempted to buy the full size, even though I wasn’t really planning to spend more. So I did feel a tiny bit pressured in that “oh no, now I want this too” kind of way. Delivery was fine, everything was packed well, and overall I don’t really have any complaints.

"Nice packaging, but still waiting on a little acknowledgment"
I ordered a few skincare bits from Cult Beauty and, to be fair, I was really pleased to see the box wasn’t stuffed with plastic. It was mostly paper padding and felt easy enough to recycle, which I definitely appreciate. Everything arrived safely too, no leaks, nothing smashed. It’s a small thing, but it does make me more likely to order again. I just feel like if they’ve had feedback about packaging before, a quick apology or acknowledgment would go a long way...

"Really happy with my Cult Beauty order"
I ordered a few skincare bits from Cult Beauty a couple of weeks ago, mostly because I’d run out of my usual moisturiser and was already scrolling on my phone with a cup of tea. they’ve been really good so far. My skin looks a lot calmer after about 2 weeks, and the moisturiser actually does what it says, which is always a relief. Delivery was fine too, no drama. Happy with everything and I’d definitely buy again

I had a small issue with my order and got in touch with customer service. To be fair, they replied quickly and sorted it out without making everything complicated, which I appreciated. It was nice to deal with someone who actually seemed to read my message properly. I was expecting an apology for the hassle, though, and that would’ve made the experience feel a bit better. Still, I’d probably order from Cult Beauty again.

"Great range, even if I always end up spending more"
I mostly use Cult Beauty because, the product range is hard to beat. They’ve got loads of brands I already love, and then all these smaller ones I’d probably never find in normal shops, which feels a bit unfair to my bank account because I always get tempted. It’s nice being able to get skincare, makeup and hair products all in one order instead of having to hunt around loads of different places. I can never just buy what I came for either — I always end up discovering something new. Overall, I’m really happy with the choice on there

I’ve ordered from Cult Beauty a few times now, i still remember how relieved I felt the first time a discount code actually worked at checkout. It sounds small, but when you’re buying skincare and watching the total creep up, that little money-off moment feels so good lol. I even got free delivery once, which made the whole order feel like a bit of a treat instead of a splurge. Really happy with my experiences so far
